Senior Team
Kristian Smith
Kristian leads the Edge advisory team. He works primarily with clients in the oil & gas (upstream and downstream), retail & consumer goods and financial services sectors and has worked and consulted in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
He is experienced in creating and implementing both traditional, externally facing strategy as well as more internally focused operational efficiency programmes and has executed on M&A, JV and divestments in multiple geographies. A former Air Force Captain, Kristian holds an MBA from London Business School and speaks German, French and Spanish.
Colin Frey
Colin focuses on clients in the retail & consumer goods, financial services and public sectors where he concentrates on go to market, marketing strategy and corporate turnaround.
Originally a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, he has extensive line management experience in MD, Global Strategy Director and Corporate Development roles within companies such as Pepsi-Cola, GE and Shell. Colin holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Andrew Quake
Andrew focuses on clients in the financial services, travel and hospitality sectors. He has worked extensively across, and has deep market knowledge of, the Asia Pacific markets.
He has significant experience covering line management, sales and strategy roles in global companies such as Mastercard and Visa and is a former strategy management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Andrew holds an MBA from London Business School and is based in Singapore.
Teresa Chu
Teresa focuses on strategy development and innovation management across a wide range of industries
An ex-management consultant, Teresa is a founder and Director of several successful start-up businesses and brings real world entrepreneurial experience to bear for our clients. Teresa holds an MBA from London Business School and is a native Mandarin speaker.
